Investment Association partners with AFME to gauge electronic trading service provision

The 2024 IA/AFME Equities Electronic Order Handling Questionnaire  is now available via due diligence firm Plia Systems, which has uploaded the questionnaire to its know-your-broker (KYB) platform.

The questionnaire was released by the Investment Association (IA) and the Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME) on 18 March. The sixth iteration of the questionnaire, it aims to establish a common, non-exhaustive framework for clients to request information from their electronic trading service providers.

Bill Stephenson, CEO of Plia Systems, stated that “the interest and subsequent request from buy-side firms to distribute this [survey] to their brokerage counterparts have been significant.”
