Citi ranked fifth in Dealogic’s 2025 year-to-date rankings of global investment banking revenues, with a reported US$3.59 billion in revenues and a 4.8% share. It has held steady in the position from last year’s results.
Spencer will work with Liz Milonopoulos, co-head of global internet investment banking, to expand the bank’s coverage of its global internet landscape, it said.
“This includes a continued close partnership with our media and communications group, as the convergence of digital media and technology remains a key driver of strategic activity and opportunity for us to capture share,” Keane commented.
Spencer has more than three decades of industry experience and has spent close to 17 years with Bank of America, most recently as global co-head of technology investment banking. Prior to this, he was head of internet and digital media investment banking at Piper Jaffray.
