Natan Tiefenbrun has left Cboe Global Markets amid a leadership reshuffle.
Tiefenbrun has been with the exchange group since 2021, and was named global head of cash equities last April in addition to his role as Europe president.

Head of European equities Alex Dalley is now senior vice president with oversight of the European equities business, while Heidi Fischer has been appointed executive vice president and global head of equities and spot markets. They will have oversight of the London and New York offices respectively.
Fischer joins from TMX Group, where she has been managing director and president of US equity trading since 2023. Last year, she worked to launch alternative trading system AlphaX US.

Global head of FX Jon Weinberg’s title has expanded to senior vice president and head of FX and off-exchange trading. He will co-lead the London office with Dalley, and work with Fischer on Cboe’s off-exchange markets operations across asset classes.
Elsewhere, Scott Johnston has been named executive vice president and chief operating officer, replacing Chris Isaacson, who is retiring, effective 17 February. He reports to Craig Donohue, CEO.
Johnston joins from Akuna Capital, where he has been chief operating officer since August 2025.
The regional leadership structure is completed by Tim Lipscomb, chief technology officer, in Kansas City and Vikesh Patel, global head of clearing and president of Cboe Clear Europe, in Amsterdam.
