Laide Majiyagbe has been promoted to global head of markets at BNY.
BNY reported US$5.2 billion in total revenues for Q4 2025, up 7% year-on-year.
Last year, the firm named Daniel Ciment as Americas head of equities trading and execution.

Majiyagbe has close to two decades of industry experience and has been global head of liquidity, financial and collateral at BNY since 2021. She will continue to oversee these businesses in her new role, while also holding responsibility for client solutions across execution services.
The majority of her career has been spent at Goldman Sachs in the UK, where she held senior roles including managing director of corporate treasury and global head of liquidity projections, and vice president of corporate treasury and global collateral management lead.
