Alexandre Roubaud has been promoted to head of EMEA ETF markets at BlackRock.
He is based in London.
BlackRock reported US$14 trillion in assets under management as of year-end 2025.
Last month, co-head of global trading Jatin Vara left the company.

Roubaud has been with the firm since 2013, initially as part of the broker-dealer execution team for ETF capital markets before being named EMEA head of secondary and options markets within the iShares global markets division.
Prior to this, Roubaud was an ETF capital markets specialist at Credit Suisse and part of the ETF and index funds structure and development team at BNP Paribas Investment Partners.
