Elijah Ibrahim Diallo has joined Tourmaline Partners as director of trading. He is based in Dubai.
Tourmaline provides outsourced trading services and trading solutions for equities, derivatives at ETFs. It opened a Dubai office in May 2025, with Kish Desai appointed senior executive officer of the branch.
In September, the company hired Guillaume de Chabaneix as an equity trader in the UK.

Diallo has more than a decade of industry experience and joins the firm from Magellan Capital, where he was a multi-strategy trader. Prior to this, he was an investment manager for alternative investments and mergers and acquisitions at ADQ.
His career began at Convergex in London as an APAC equity trader.
