BNP Paribas has named Alexander Ford as managing director and head of UK cash sales trading.
He reports to Aurélie Deleuze, deputy head of global cash equities at BNP Paribas.
The bank reported €2.2 billion in global markets revenues for Q3 2025, up 9.4% year-on-year. In Q2, the firm’s equity trading revenues were €980 million in the second quarter.

Last year, AXA Investment Management became a BNP Paribas Group entity.

Ford has more than two decades of industry experience and joins the firm from Citi, where he has been head of equity block and liquidity solutions since 2021. Prior to this, he spent more than 11 years with Morgan Stanley as an equity sales trader and head of UK flow derivatives sales.
