Emma Horner has been named a vice president at Panmure Liberum, joining the firm as a sales trader.
Panmure Gordon and Liberum merged to create the boutique investment bank in May 2024. According to an annual report filed with UK Companies House, it reported an £11.4 million loss in 2024 in the UK.
James Perry is head of trading at the company. Last August, the firm appointed Daniel Brown as managing director of international trading.

Horner has been a sales trader at Rothschild & Co Redburn since 2023, covering US high-touch equities.
