Dan Saad has been promoted to head of US equity sales for North American markets at Nasdaq. He is based in New York.
In Q3 2025, Nasdaq reported US$303 million in market services net revenues, up 13% year-on-year, and cited “excellent performance in US cash equities”.
Late last year, the group submitted a proposal to the US Securities and Exchange Commission to allow for tokenised equity securities and exchange-traded products to be traded on its markets.

Saad has more than 25 years of industry experience and has been a sales executive for North American markets at Nasdaq since 2022.
Prior to this, he was executive director for global product strategy at Instinet and spent five years at Deutsche Bank covering listed derivatives execution and European electronic equities trading.
