Neale Brown has joined Macquarie Group as a director and head of equity derivatives operations for EMEA and the Americas. He is based in London.
The Australian bank holds approximately AUD 720 billion in assets globally.
Brown has more than 15 years of industry experience and joins the firm from BNP Paribas, where he has been head of middle office structured products since 2024. Prior to this, he was EMEA head of cash equities for the middle office.
The majority of Brown’s career has been spent at Deutsche Bank where he was most recently equity trading operations lead.
