Tony Huck joins BestEx Research

Algorithmic execution and measurement solutions provider BestEx Research has appointed Tony Huck as global head of business development.

In the role, Huck is responsible for the expansion of the firm’s equities and futures provisions. He will also cover new asset classes and regions that the company plans to cover in 2024.

Huck has more than 35 years of industry experience and joins BestEx Research from Trade Cycle, a financial services firm he founded in 2023. Prior to this, he was head of the Americas at data firm big xyt and CEO at Score Priority, now Lime Trading. He also served as president and chief operating officer at Lime Brokerage for more than five years.

Earlier in his career, Huck spent close to 15 years as managing director of agency brokerage and financial technology firm ITG.

I look forward to engaging with institutions globally to expand our coverage to more regions and asset classes and connect customers to this boutique approach to execution.”
